(1) Winners will be selected based on the combination of the number of votes each music PlayApp skin receives and the personal judging by PlayApp and music artist of each music PlayApp skin.

(2) Each entry selected as a winner of the $1000 Music PlayApp Skin Contest becomes the property of the music artist.

(3) Each music PlayApp skin requires at a minimum, buttons for the following: music play, music pause, music skip forward, music skip backward, music stop, close app, minimize app, and volume control.  Additional buttons for each individual song or other creative aspects of the music PlayApp are welcomed (i.e. buttons for pictures, web links, bio info, etc.).

(4) Winning music PlayApp skins can be used to sell music PlayApps containing music artist's pictures and music with revenue split 50/50 between music artist and PlayApp.

(5) All music PlayAps created become the property of music artist which are then sold through PlayApp.com with revenue distributed to music artist within 90 days.

(6) No purchase necessary to win.  Void where prohibited.  Contest open to those 18 years of age or older, with the exception of employees and family members of PlayApp.
